Juliet is in her bedroom and she asks the Nurse and lady Capulet to leave her alone. She is a little hesitant to take the potion that Friar Lawrence has given her. She fears that if the mixture doesn’t work she might get married tomorrow to Paris. She talks herself out of that fear. Then, she confesses her fear of the potion working, but Romeo not coming to rescue her. She fears that she might be stuck in the tomb with the body of Tybalt. Despite her fears she is able to drink the potion down for the sake of Romeo.
